If your life has been turned upside down due to someone else’s negligence, we’re here to help. Since 1971, our focus has been helping people put the pieces of their lives back together following a tragedy. At Chandler, Mathis & Zivley, we fight hard for our clients. We are board-certified and have earned the highest recognition for legal ability and ethics in our field. We have achieved record-setting verdicts. But, we don’t measure success by dollars. We measure success one client at a time. Always striving to do what’s best for each individual we represent. No matter how big or small the case may be, the bottom line is improving the quality of the lives of people who need help. Let us help you.
In recent years, an over-pressurized valve exploded at a plant. Ignited by a welder’s torch, caused by rushed workflows and ignoring safety rules, the explosion scarred a community and harmed nearly two dozen workers.
The company’s response was the same as many other companies’:
“Get back to work, or you’re fired.”
A group of courageous but injured and traumatized workers did their best to go back to normal life—only to find that their normal lives were behind them. There was no going back. The question they had now was, “What do we do next?”
In our newest film, Arnold & Itkin recorded the stories of a handful of remarkable workers, all of whom found themselves risking their lives for a company that didn’t return the favor when they needed help most.
At CMZ, we have earned our reputation as trial attorneys the old-fashioned way, by fighting for our clients in the courtroom. Some lawyers try gimmicks and catchy phrases to get you to trust them with one of the most important decisions you’ll make. But, what they cannot offer is a track record of proven results. At CMZ, we have won over $1 Billion for our clients. When you do that, you don’t need gimmicks. While verdicts and awards are important, that’s not our focus. We focus on you. Each client is different with his or her own special circumstances. At CMZ, we get to know our clients so we can get to know their needs. We treat our clients like family and will treat your case as though it is our own. We believe our attention to the needs of our clients gets the best results.Get to Know Us
